Terms and Conditions
Terms governing your use of Celeventic invitation, event, and marketplace services.

1. Agreement These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Celeventic, operating from the Republic of Ghana. Contact: Celeventic@gmail.com | 020 961 2770.
By creating an account, placing an invitation order, using VendorOS, or accessing guest invitation links, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Platform Overview Celeventic is an Event Operating System that includes:
- **InvitationOS** — digital invitation studio, guest portal, RSVP, QR admission, and production workflow
- **VendorOS** — vendor marketplace, profiles, lead requests, and verified vendor plans
- **Event tools** — guest CRM, ticketing, communications, and event discovery
- **Celeventic Intelligence** — smart design assistance and content tools (publicly branded as AGI Engine / Celeventic Intelligence)
Features vary by package, role, and subscription plan.
3. Accounts & Roles You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. Celeventic supports organizer, vendor, venue, agency, and admin roles. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Invitation Orders The invitation flow works as follows:
- Choose a template and package (Starter, Celebration, Signature, Prestige, or Bespoke)
- Add event details, blocks, and optional add-ons
- Review checkout pricing in GHS (with USD/GBP display references)
- Pay via Paystack where applicable
- Progress through production stages: information collection → design → review → revisions → approval → publish
You confirm event details and accept these Terms, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy at checkout.
5. Production & Delivery Digital invitations are delivered electronically via your unique guest link (`/invite/[link]`), QR codes, and optional WhatsApp sharing. Delivery timelines depend on your package. Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or revision rounds may extend timelines.
Production modes include self-service, designer-assisted, and bespoke flows as described at checkout.
